Even if Beijing reaches some sort of deal over non-intervention in Xinjiang with a Taliban government, the question will be whether Kabul is willing, or perhaps even able to fulfill its side of any such agreement. Will the more fundamental Taliban. including non-Afghan jihadis, really sit by as China continues its repression of the Uighurs ? There must some in Beijing who are actually worried as to what might happen next,
