Vietnam's Communist Party leaders have ordered Vietnam's domestic press “not to exploit” a memoir by Ted Osius, who served in Hanoi as the US ambassador from 2014-17, according to a Vietnamese diaspora newspaper report on October 15.
"Not to exploit" in this context means that Vietnamese media are not to print or broadcast material from the book, Nothing is Impossible: America's Reconciliation with Vietnam.
