Top officials reveal they received millions in 1MDB scandal

The latest example of Malaysia’s steady moral decline was headlined in the New Straits Times a few days ago with an apt banner: “MONEY FOR NOTHING!” It revealed that a former chief secretary to the government received about RM1 million (US$227,188) as a member of the 1Malaysia Development Bhd advisory board but did nothing to earn it.
