Singapore still has corruption, though it's more hidden in an autocratic, dynastic society with no independent media or real freedom of expression.
but is it protected from the more common type of corruption re:malaysia? the frequency and magnitude of their economic ties are going up.
maybe both sides see increased corruption, but expressed differently. not good for a zone marketing itself as trustworthy alternative to china.
