Portugal a decade+ decriminalized all drugs in the country and sought to rehabilitate addicts. Canada legalized Cannabis last year and I don't see much difference with the exception in that young people are not going to jail for smoking a herb. We CANNOT jail people for using marijuana. It's not just - it is not honest and it is downright criminal to ruin young lives.
