What makes today's rant stand out from the rest is that there is a portion I agree with: the drugs problem is caused mainly by demand. This applies to the whole world, not just America, as the author implies.
As for the rest of the article, I suppose it takes a great deal of self loathing to write like that. That, and a denial of reality that is rather sad to observe.
